What is your turnaround time?

Everything is made to order! Please allow 2-3 days to prepare your shipment.

Do your products contain allergens?

Yes, our kitchen processes products containing nuts, dairy, soy, wheat, and eggs. If you have severe allergies, please contact us before ordering.

What is the shelf life?

Our handcrafted confections have different shelf lives depending on the product. Generally, our chocolates remain fresh for 4-6 weeks in the refrigerator.

Do you offer bulk or custom orders?

Yes! We love creating custom confectionery for special events, corporate gifts, and weddings. For orders over $250, please contact us at least 3 days in advance to discuss your requirements. Custom designs, themes, and flavors are available upon request.

What is your refund policy?

Due to the perishable nature of our confectionery products, we do not offer refunds on food items once they have been shipped.

If your product has melted in shipment, pop into the freezer BEFORE opening your bag to allow it to harden.
