Most Coco Bark orders are made fresh and ship within 3–5 business days. For larger orders, corporate gifting, weddings, or special events, we recommend reaching out in advance so we can ensure availability and meet your desired timeline.

Do I need to add an ice pack to my order?

During warmer months, we strongly recommend adding an ice pack for shipments traveling to hot climates or spending extended time in transit. While we take great care in packaging our chocolate, an ice pack helps ensure your Coco Bark arrives in the best possible condition.

Due to the perishable nature of our handcrafted chocolate products, we are unable to offer refunds once an order has shipped.

If your Coco Bark arrives softened or melted during transit, don't worry! Simply place the unopened bag in the freezer or refrigerator until the chocolate has fully hardened before opening and enjoying.
