I wasn't trying to start a business at the time—I simply loved creating unique chocolate bark flavors and sharing them with others. Everything changed when I made a large batch for a company event right before COVID. The response was overwhelming, and it became clear that people were looking for something different: artisan chocolate bark that was creative, memorable, and made with care.
