Big, thick, and baked with a little crunch around the edges—these pumpkin-spiced brown sugar cookies have a crisp exterior and a soft center. Each one weighs over half a pound (8 ounces) and is packed with Toffee Crunch Oreos, pumpkin chips, and white, milk, and semi-sweet chocolate chips.
To finish, each cookie gets a generous white and milk chocolate shell and a blanket of Oreo crumbs. A half-pound-plus cookie with no plans to be subtle.
